Description of Linear Bottle Cleaner:
This linear bottle cleaner is the washing equipment of oral liquid production line, and it is mainly used to clean 5-20ml vertical bottles with easy open lids or anti-theft caps.

This cleaner adopts screw rods for feeding bottles, and running water with pressure and deionized water or other cleaning liquids are used for repeatedly washing bottles. Then purified compressed air will be used to blow away remaining water drops.

Its main components are screw rod conveyor system, washing system and air purification system. And this linear bottle cleaner should adopt box packaging and container transport.

It is characterized by stable performance, small volume, and good cleaning capacity with several cleaning times of deionized water and compressed air.

Note: Please keep the nozzle clean during mechanical operation and do regular cleaning for this machine. Its warranty period is one year.
